Has dealt with large Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller local firms. Has expertise in all aspects of direct mail as well as running Cascade Direct for the past 20 years. Susan Ledridge - Lead Production Manager,  has 30 years of experience, 16 years with Cascade Direct. Is well versed on all postal regulations and requirements, schedules jobs and ensures on time delivery of your projects. Peter Dulong - Assistant Production Manager,  has 8 years of experience with Cascade Direct. Is well versed on all postal regulations and requirements. He also has a well established knowledge of equipment capabilities. Marcie Miller - Senior Account Executive,  with over 16 years of direct mail experience, all with Cascade Direct. She works primarily with non-profit organizations and assists Shawna Friend in training new customer service representatives. Louis Wilson - Data Processing Manager,  with 18 years of experience, 15 with Cascade Direct. He and Dave Foster have been providing difficult programming solutions to clients for years.
